The Eva App or Eva LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Eva mobile application (the "Service").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

Information Collection And Use

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, postal address, other information ("Personal Information").

We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries, servicing your purchase orders, and improving our services.

We may use and store information about your location depending on the permissions you have set on your device. We use this information to provide features of our Service, to improve and customize our Service. You can enable or disable location services when you use our Service at anytime, through your mobile device settings.

Our website is hosted by Amazon Web Services and information is processed in compliance with their privacy policy. Amazon Web Services employs security measures such as using firewalls to protect against intruders, building redundancies throughout their network (so that if one server goes down, another can cover for it) and testing for and protecting against network vulnerabilities. In addition, your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the Personal Information we have collected from you.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

In addition, we may disclose your information in connection with conducting our business. In the event Company is involved in a business transition that involves the sale, merger or divestment of Company, we may disclose any information about you to the acquiring entities. Children's Privacy

We do not and will never knowingly acquire, collect, store or solicit any information, of any type, from any person under the age of 13. Eva is not intended for any persons under the age of 13. Eva is directed towards those age 13 and above. Any and all minors above the age of 13, but less than the age of 18 are required to obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to registering with us. The use or access of the Service by anyone under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited.

If you learn that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent or if you learn that your child has provided us with personal information and is under the age of 13, please contact us immediately.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 25, 2018 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically.
