Our goal is to make Eva the very best peer to peer cancer support app available; your feedback is essential to achieving that goal. All support related comments and feedback will be answered in the order they are received.
Eva was initially conceived in the summer of 2016. It took months of iteration on design, layout and features; as well as endless hours of communication from our potential users until we finally settled on a direction for Eva.
A year later, in the summer of 2017, the build process for Eva was officially underway. In November of 2017, Eva became an officially registered LLC in the state of North Carolina!
Today, with a lot of help from Development Operations Security (DOS), based in Richmond, VA, Eva is ready for download in both the Apple and Google Play app stores.
Eva was designed and built in the spare time of a dedicated individual; in collaboration with DOS, each believing in what Eva is all about.
We currently have no investors, no board of directors or a big fancy budget. We don't outsource our work; we are an in house team. Eva was created organically from the ground up. It all started as an idea from the minds of a few very dedicated and passionate individuals who wanted to make a difference.
Our mission is simple: to provide a useful set of resources for people who have the unfortunate commonality that is cancer. Whether you have been diagnosed yourself, are a survivor, a parent who's seen their child become diagnosed, a family member, friend, caregiver or all of the above; Eva is for you.
Eva is driven by the very users it was created for; which is why we always encourage every user to hold us accountable; let us know how we're doing. As previously mentioned; Eva is a self made solution. We'll do our best to fix and improve any and all parts of the app as quick as possible while ensuring the integrity and security of the app and its users. Best of all, we can streamline the process because we don't need approval from anyone, but you, the people who actually use the app!
